Nokia supports data synchronization using OMA Data Synchronization (Open Mobile Alliance), an open technology that is considered an industry standard. OMA Data Synchronization is a direct evolution from SyncML Data Synchronization.
OMA Data Synchronization is used by compatible Nokia devices for both local synchronization (using PC Suite) and remote synchronization.
